WRTA ADA Paratransit Fares & Tickets
ADA fares are as follows for each one way trip:
$2.25 In Town
$2.50 One Town Away
$2.75 Two Towns Away
$3.00 Three or more Towns Away
Be ready to pay your fare in cash or Paratransit Tickets as you board the vehicle. Drivers do not carry cash and do not make change.
Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) are considered a mobility aide and ride for free.
You may always take one traveling companion, and additional companions are permitted on a space available basis. Companions pay the same fare as the person they are accompanying. PCAs and companions must have the same pick-up address and drop-off address as the ADA rider.
The WRTA sells discounted Paratransit Ticket Books at 10% off the face value, which can ONLY be used for WRTA ADA Complementary Paratransit service. Ticket books can be purchased at the customer service window located at 60 Foster Street In Worcester, MA.
Ticket book cost:
80 Tickets for $18.00 (each ticket has a face value of $0.25 each)
Example: A one way In Town trip would use 9 tickets. (9 tickets x $0.25 = $2.25)
